Angelina Ngalula is the founder and executive chairperson of the Bravo Group, the first growing multi-industry company in Tanzania.
She began her Business Career in 2005, when she started
Bravo Logistics Tanzania, dealing in transportation and logistics before moving into agribusiness in 2006, when she started Agricom Africa, a company that promotes mechanisation in Tanzania’s
emerging agricultural operations.
The Group has ever since diversified into other sectors of the Tanzanian economy including Environmental Management and Industrial Real Estate. The Group is currently constructing the largest self-operated Industrial Cargo Terminals in Dar es Salaam.
Regionally, Angelina sits on the board of the Export Processing Zone Authority (EPZA) that operates under the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of the United Republic of Tanzania. She now serves as the chairperson of the Tanzania Private Sector Foundation (TPSF) and Tanzania Truck Owners Association (TATOA). She was selected as member of Executive Committee and named Co-chair of the Tanzania National Business Council (TNBC), in October 2020, by the Prime Minister’s Office of the United Republic of Tanzania. In June 2022, she was appointed the first female chairperson of the East Africa Business Council (EABC), which is a regional apex body of Private Sector associations and corporates in the East Africa.
